Hey there! Kelly here, dog lover extraordinaire! I’ve been a professional dog walker in NYC (and now LA) for the past 5 years & I have a lifetime of experience caring for dogs of all ages, sizes and temperaments. In my time at my most recent agency I had a wonderful reputation with my clients for taking the best pictures of their pups and leaving thorough notes of all our fun adventures. Some parents have professionally printed my shots to frame at work or in their homes! Most importantly, as a walker, I’m reliable and knowledgeable about how to care for dogs of all types, and I’m passionate about helping your pooch make the most of those trips to the potty each day. I’ve walked new puppies who needed training to go outdoors and pups with special needs like mobility restrictions from a cancer amputation, and I have made lasting relationships with several clients by providing next-level care for their companions no matter the circumstance. Kelly always goes above and beyond when looking after our 9 month old Nyxie. We are so lucky to have found her! We had some plumbing issues in our home during her house-sit and she was patient and gracious as we troubleshooted from another state. Nyxie always has plenty of play time and walks with Kelly. We couldn’t be happier or more confident in her care for our little pup.
Kelly is wonderful! She is professional, experienced, detail-oriented and will love your furry companion as her own. She took care of our six month old puppy, Nyxie, and stayed in our home over the Christmas holiday. Nyxie received plenty of play time, walks and attention and Kelly adhered to our crate training and feeding schedule. Kelly was especially communicative while we were away, understanding how nervous we were about leaving our puppy with someone new for a week. She also left our home spotless upon our return and Nyxie seemed happy and comfortable in Kelly’s presence. We would absolutely recommend her as a sitter! Thanks again Kelly.
Kelly is warm, caring, responsible, communicative person. She has been walking my dog five days a week for 7 months. My dog is a bit timid, but he looooves Kelly. Loves her! Recently she also stayed with my dog at my apartment while I traveled. It was seamless. I’ve also become friends with her over the last 7 months because she is a delight. I can’t recommend her highly enough.

I do not offer pet care boarding at home for the time being; my diva cats wouldn’t abide it unfortunately! But I am diligent whenever caring for a pet in my clients’ home; I’m always down for play time and a cuddle in the designated areas of your home, and any notes on your daily routine are beneficial when replicating that.

Allergies are great to know (I tend to have a treat or two on hand for rewards!) as well as any history of anxiety or aggression with other dogs/people/children, so I can avoid potential triggers for them.
A typical day
I’m down for a game of tug of war or fetch to get them riled up or to release some extra energy on a more inclement day. And outdoors the sky’s the limit, or whatever the pup’s needs require. I’ve walked dogs who can run laps around Washington Square Park & ones who can’t go much further than around the block. Whatever their needs, we can make it work.

I’m always befriending pups in my day to day life, and I’m a true animal lover at heart. I have 2 babies of my own (kitties 🐱) and they rule my life, so I completely understand the focus & attention needed to provide next-level care.
