About Me Hello! My name is Kelly. I'm a 27-year-old paramedic. I love animals and would love to take care of yours! I offer lots of services, including walking, bathing, and visiting at your home. My experience includes pet-sitting for friends and family as well as volunteering as a dog walker for the Albuquerque Animal Welfare Department. My Pets I'm the mom of a small schnauzer mix named Louise. She stays at home with family while I'm away sitting at your house! Louise is great with dogs of all sizes, and is more than willing to come along if your dog needs a play buddy! Just ask me about it at time of booking and we can set up playtime to help get your dog some socialization. (She is spayed and current on all required and recommended vaccinations). I also have three english angora rabbits. They are giant, snuggly fluff balls. They live in their own barn, and have no problem relaxing and munching hay while I'm away sitting your pets! My Stay with your pet A typical day with your pet can include lots of activity! Daily walks (if your pet is able), playing outside, and plenty of affection! I am more than happy to help reinforce their training by working on their commands and tricks with them! I am a great amateur dog trainer, and I have trained my own dogs in agility in the past; so if your pup needs training, I am happy to work with them! I am more than happy to accommodate my schedule to meet your pets needs. Types of Pets I am most familiar with cats and dogs. I am also well versed in small animals including rats, mice, hamsters, birds, reptiles, and rabbits. I have several clients with horses and other livestock and have no problem taking care of those as well! Big or small is fine with me! I have experience with deaf, blind and senior dogs as well. Extra Services I am more than happy to take care of anything else while you are away! I can water plants, check the mail, keep the porch light on, or whatever your house needs to run. I can also provide cleaning services (this is the only service for which I charge an additional fee).
