Pet care experience
I have taken care of all types of animals throughout my life. We had goats, rabbits, dogs, cats, gerbils, etc as pets in our home. I have cared for farm animals on occasion. But my real passion lies with two types of pets: the elderly and the scared/reactive/nervous. We have fostered several shut down dogs and successfully rehabilitated them into happy-go-lucky adoptable dogs who found loving homes. I have also taken care of dogs at the end of their lives and provided necessary medical care, along with extra snuggles and treats. I have been on Rover as someone LOOKING for the perfect pet sitter for years. There have been some wonderful, truly amazing dog sitters; but there have also been sitters that did not fit my family's needs (4 dogs with many quirks between them). I have a lot of dog experience and am looking forward to seeing if I'm the right fit for you and your family!

Our animals have never had a pet sitter and they took to Kelly as if she was part of the family. We went away with total confidence in her ability to care for our animals. Kelly was so great!! I get nervous leaving my dog with people but felt 100% comfortable knowing he was with Kelly. She send me updates and was very prompt to reply to my messages. Your pet is safe with Kelly and the peace of mind is unmatched!
Kelly did an amazing job with my pup while I was out of town. She provided updates every day along with photos and videos. When his allergies flared up she let me know right away and gave him his medication. I came home to a tidy house and a happy, healthy dog which is perfect. Will definitely book with Kelly again.
