Pet care experience
I have been pet and house sitting since I was 18 years old. I have experience with dogs of all ages and sizes, cats, parrots, chickens, turtles, rabbits, and lizards. I have experience giving medication to dogs and cats. I give a pretty great sales pitch to dogs who don’t want to go outside in the rain or be crated. I am patient, responsible, and attentive to the needs of your pets and house. I know you want to trust someone with your lovely pets while you’re away, and I hope to be that person!

Kelly has taken care of our pack several times. She is responsible and loving with them, and they just adore her! Our elderly dog had quite a medication regimen which she administered consistently and gently. We are always confident that our pups will be well cared for in our absence when Kelly pet sits for us.
Kelly took care of our big, wild puppy and elderly dog with patience, compassion, and expertise. She is trustworthy, intuitive, detail oriented, and super capable. The degree of love and understanding she exercises for both pets and their owners made her our top choice. She is certainly our dogs’ favorite sitter!
I am so glad I had Kelly to take care of our sweet lab when we have gone on vacations!! The first time we left I met with Kelly beforehand to go over our dog’s daily schedule, how to care for her, etc. Kelly asked great questions and seemed to take her job so seriously (which we appreciated). She wanted to make sure she knew how long to walk our dog and even asked for recommendations on where our dog loved to walk the most! :) when we came home our dog was happy as can be and I know that she was well cared for. I highly recommend Kelly as a pet sitter! You and your pets will love her sweet and energetic personality. She is the BEST!

My experience with pet sitting and having pets myself includes feeding and filling up water, going on walks, cleaning up litter boxes or pee pads (or accidents!), bathing, medicating, playing, cuddling, and crating (or caging, depending on the animal).

I require clear instructions on daily feeding and medications, as well as their preference on play and walking time. I’ll probably ask many questions just to ensure I’m giving the right care to your pet!
A typical day
We can go on walks, hikes and to the dog park if they’re into that! Any toys they have, I can play with them allllll dayyyy if they want to. We can snuggle up and watch a movie, or go on a car ride!

Availability
I work full time, but my schedule is flexible. I am able to take breaks throughout the day, as well as work virtually some days. On Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays, I wake up around 6:30am, go to work at 9am, take a lunch break somewhere between 11am and 1pm, then leave work at 4 or 5pm. I work from 1-8pm on Wednesdays, but can take a break or two. I do not work Fridays and Saturdays. On Sundays, I work from 7:30am-12:30pm and 5pm-8pm. Therefore, I have ample time to go on multiple walks a day if needed. I am also able to spend time at your house on evenings and weekends.
