Hi There! I am a dog loving PhD student at UConn and have some extra time this summer to provide walking (or running) or dog sitting services for local dogs. I am an active individual who runs or walks daily and would be willing to bring a dog with me. I have experience walking dogs who range from 10-70lbs. I have experience running with dogs who are 40-70lbs. My family has had dogs for the past 8-10 years and I have thoroughly enjoyed taking care of the dogs while living at home and then when family goes away. I am an Athletic Trainer by trade and provide care for Athletes (First Aid, Rehabilitation, Injury Evaluations, etc). While this doesn't directly apply to animals, I pride myself on being a person with great communication skills who enjoys spending time with people, as well as animals, and who has a strong caring & empathetic personality.
