I couldn't think of a better person for Rover than Kelly. She has been a dog lover her whole life, not to mention other, and all animals. The passion and dedication towards her own pets makes it a no-brainer to watch yours. Not only is she passionate and dedicated, but she is always researching and learning better ways to treat her animals. Kelly is also a great community member and neighbor. She is always helping the elderly members of her neighborhood with anything from house chores to running errands. She is extremely friendly and impossible not to get along with. Within the community, it seems she knows every dog in the city of Frederick by their names from either walking her own dog Dex, or with how many dog related events she has attended in Frederick. It doesn't matter what kind of animal it is, Kelly will happily be there with the biggest smile on her face!

My animals LOVE spending time with Kelly. She knows a ton about animals (not just dogs) and works tirelessly to make sure that they are nothing but smiles the entire time they are with them. She goes above and beyond to take care of my dog, and he always comes back happy and worn out after a walk or a hike with Kelly.
