Pet care experience
Along with the exposure and experience I’ve had growing up with pets my entire life, taking care of family/friends/neighbors pets, I currently work in the veterinary field and am in school to become a vet tech. My dog Jake recently passed away from cancer so I also have experience administering medication and treatments at home and in the vet office. I’d like to pick up some extra work on my days off. The veterinary field has great rewards but I do like cuddles and playing without giving vaccines or treatments. At a clients home I am comfortable with pretty much anything as long as it’s communicated ahead of time.

I foster dogs in my home so I only watch pets in others home. I find pets like to be in their own environments anyway as it reduces some of the stress of their people being away.

Any medication or treatments the pet is normally taking. I’d like to know ahead of time if a pet is reactive to stressful situations ie other dogs, people, leashes etc.
A typical day
Walking and playing in local parks and nature paths. Cuddles and naps on the couch. Basic obedience and training with treats. Any usual things that the pets love to do.

Availability
I am working full time in a veterinary hospital so most days I am available early morning and then in the evening. On my days off I can make more pit stops.
