Pet care experience
I grew up with dogs on our family farm, and my dog Luke has been with me my whole adult life. I’ve been dog sitting for friends and neighbors as long as I can remember. I have experience with stays from 1 day (doggy daycare) to 10+ months (military deployment), and I have never met a dog I didn’t just love to pieces. Our dog (Luke) is 12 and has slowed down quite a bit in his golden years, and he doesn’t like to play with other dogs as much as he used to. He’s a great couch companion and will very happily watch other pups play, but he gets overwhelmed with dogs who need him to participate. At this point in our lives, our home is a great fit for low energy pups or those who enjoy playing independently.

This was our second time booking with Kelli, but it won’t be our last! She took great care of our pup, and sent us lots of pictures while we were away! She’s always very responsive and her love/knowledge for dogs is apparent - would highly recommend and will be rebooking in the future.

Kelli was amazing! She was sure to ask about any special care our pup may need upon drop off, and she sent updates/pictures to us every day… it was so nice to see that our pup Rosie was having a great time while we were away! Your dog is in great hands with Kelli… would highly recommend.

Just some general information about what your pup’s day to day life looks like so that we can keep things as familiar as possible: feeding times, sensitivities or triggers for any behaviors, how do they do on walks, how much exercise do they need every day, etc.
A typical day
We have daily playtime in our backyard and regular walks around the neighborhood when the weather is nice. My pup doesn’t like toys very much, but we keep a ball around for fetch-loving guests.

I work from home full time and can accommodate really any schedule for feeding/medications/potty breaks. We are more night owls than early birds, but our family schedule is flexible.
