Hello, I was a dog owner for 15 years. In May I had to say goodbye to my Bailey (Shih Tzu) He was the love of my life.. I am no where near ready to get another dog but would love to help you out and sit for your pup! Dogs just make me happy. I will take care of your dog like he/she is my own. I am fully capable of walking your dog or letting him/her out often. I work full time Monday through Friday but work from home. I am fully available in the evenings and on weekends. I am kind and gentle and can sit for dogs of all ages and breeds. I am truly excited to start this as a part time gig that I hope to turn into a full time career. Your dog will have huge amounts of attention, love, food/water and treats! I am willing to walk your pup for as long as he/she needs it!

Kelli is so great and Bruce loves staying with her. I don’t stress out and feel guilty leaving him when I go away because I know he is in good hands with her. She sends me frequent updates and pictures which I appreciate so much. I highly recommend Kelli to watch your fur baby.
Kelli was so wonderful with our 6 month old puppy! It was our first time, leaving her with anybody other than family, but we knew she was in great hands with Kelli! We will definitely trust her with our baby again in the future

My rates are based on one on one sitting for your pup. The max dogs that I will take are two but for the most part I only commit to one dog at a time. I live alone in a one bed/one bath apartment (no roommates, children or significant other) I do not have a fenced yard but the apartment complex has many walking paths plus a fenced in dog park! I would only take your pup there with your permission, I’m totally fine with just taking him/her for a walk.

Please just let me know if your dog has any special needs. I went through pretty much every situation with my senior Shih Tzu and took care of him like a baby and would do the same for your dog.
A typical day
If I were sitting for your dog I would first ask you his/her activity level and go from there. I will play/run or just hang with your dog depending on what they want. I am walking distance to the ocean so I could take him/her on a beach walk if you give permission to do so.

***For doggy day care ***- your pup will need to get dropped off before/by 8am and picked up by 7pm or will need to stay overnight and boarding charges will apply. **Overnight boarding**- Pick up needs to be within 24 hours of drop off, if that is not possible then an extra fee is required and will be added on. Last minute requests may not always be accommodated due to the fact that I’m really only comfortable hosting two dogs max at a time. Please allow at least two days notice but I understand that things come up!
