**Update: I am currently not boarding dogs at my house but am available for house sitting, visits and walks. Caring for dogs is what I do. It is my passion. I provide individualized care based upon your pets needs. I have over a decade of experience working with dogs professionally and a lifetime of personal experience. I have worked with several pet services companies, a 24hr Emergency Veterinary Hospital, a well-known local animal care facility that offers veterinary care, grooming, boarding and daycare, and have worked as an assistant trainer. I am skilled in medication administration, training, bathing/brushing/nail clipping/teeth & ear cleaning, behavior modification, you name it and I've done it. My days consist of multiple outdoor adventures with my dog(s): walks, runs, hikes, snowshoeing, mountain biking, etc. Our home is within walking distance to miles of trails. We also take trips to local parks, beaches and mountains. Don't worry, if your pet is unable/unwilling to go for long outings there are several short walks I can take them on =) I recently lost my co-pilot Boss to Lymphoma. He had an amazing 12 years and I miss him terribly. I have not gotten another dog and would love to help care for yours. If your dog loves the outdoors and walks then consider me! It is a hard decision and I encourage you to do your research and ask any questions that come to mind. There are many things to consider when placing the care of your four-legged family member in someone else's hands.
