I work remotely and choose my hours, meaning, I can be with your animals at all time if need be. I do not mind staying with them 24/7 while you are away. It also means you can contact me any time that you need too.

I live on a dead end road with very low traffic and have a very large yard. We will also go for nice walks down to the river where our road ends and a trail leads out to the river. My two main borders often do not want to leave or they want to come back home with me. It’s a great spot for dogs, whether they need to be leashed or not. If I am staying at your house I will always follow their normal routine. I really like for my clients to leave a note with food instructions, treat instructions, medicine, and daily routine. I also like to have a just incase number (neighbor or family member in the area) and the veterinarian. This is all just incase of an emergency and to make sure your pet stays safe and has the best time possible with me.

I always insist on a walk through at least one day ahead of me coming o your house. I also like the parents to leave me a note with daily routine, food instructions, medicine instruction, individual quirks, local contact incase of emergency and their veterinarian . If we are boarding at my house, I will meet with you before hand to go over any special needs.
A typical day
Cuddle time in the morning if that is what everyone wants, then it’s straight to potty time and breakfast. After that we go on walks for my walkers or play in the yard for my ball throwers or mid morning nap cuddles for my lazy or older dogs. The rest of the day kind of depends on their schedule and what they are used to. If I am boarding we hang out side in the sunshine or play with toys. If they like to go out and are good in public we can go to the farmers market or beach! They start to slow down in the evening and we all get dinner some more play and bathroom time then we hit the bed. Hopefully in a big cuddle puddle!

I have been caring for animals my entire life as a child, wildlife rehabilitator and as a wildlife biologist. For the last year and a half I have built a very nice reputation as a dependable and loving pet sitter. I have watched dogs, cats and birds! I have taken care of many senior dogs as well as a few puppies. Needless to say I’m not afraid of a pee pad or pill bottles!

Kelle is amazing! She stays at our house when we are away and takes great care of our dog Millie and our cat Piggy. It’s a relief knowing they’re in good hands and we always come home to happy pets. Kelle has been such a blessing when I need to go out of town for a bit, or even longer stays. I have two cats who are pretty low maintenance with their automatic feeder and water fountain, but Kelle is able to do pop ins and give them extra loves while we are away and take care a few other poop related items. She truly loves every animal she comes into contact with and they really love her back. Maggie and Tucker are lucky to have their Aunt Kelle.
Kelle has been our dog sitter for almost 3 years now. We feel like our Otis is completely taken care of a kind and caring setting. He runs to her when she comes through the door and doesn't really look back to us which makes us feel so comfortable. Kelle has watched Otis for 4 days straight and he stays at her house. She is great about getting him out for play time and walks and good naps on comfy pillows/sofas. I love that Kelle sends us photos of Otis to throughout his stay. We humans trust her completely. I should not only is she great with dogs, but she is just a kind and caring person to humans too:). I highly recommend Kelle as a potential dog sitter. I am happy to talk to anyone who might consider Kelle.
Kelle is an amazing pet sitter. She has lovingly cared for all 5 of my brood - dogs and cats - several times. Most recently we went to Portugal for an extended stay. We knew we were leaving them in great hands. Kelle keeps in touch with adorable pics and updates. She seems to truly love what she does and loves all the four legged critters!
