Pet care experience
We've had at least one dog in the family ever since I was 3 years old. I've been responsible for taking care of our dogs since age 10. We had a beautiful Vizla girl, Ruby, when I was young who my sister took care of. My responsibility was our shitz shu-maltese mix, Teddy, who we adopted when I was 10, and who just passed away after 15 years of a long happy life. We also adopted a high-energy black lab boy, Max, when I was a freshman in high school who I took care of until moving out of my parents house two years ago. Now that I am on my own I miss having my pet companions around and am looking to put some puppy love back into my life through Rover!

Kelcie did a great job with our two dogs. She sent plenty of photos of them and walked them daily. Our senior dog requires daily medications and Kelcie had no problems maintaining our schedule. 10/10 would recommend.
Kelcie is very passionate about animals and takes excellent care of my dogs every time I need help with them, she’s an outdoor enthusiast and takes my dogs out and about to make sure they get more than a potty break and food.

I live in apartment building with a very large grassy campus. I also live less than 1 mile from Water Works Park, ideal for long doggy adventures! I am an avid runner, and I love company on my runs for those dogs that have excess energy to burn.

A typical day
I live right across from Water Works Park, perfect for dog walks! If dogs are okay being off-leash it is also an ideal space for long games of fetch. I love taking dogs with me on my runs. And of course, all kinds of cuddles at home!

Availability
I work full-time but I have flexibility to leave late, come home early, or stop home over the lunch hour for a walk. Generally I'm gone from 8 to 4, with an hour lunch at midday.
