Unfortunately I am writing a review without ever meeting Kelcee. We had arranged a meet + greet (Kelcee's choice - I requested to book walks) on two occasions that were cancelled at the last minute. I still scheduled a walk with her because she had good reviews + a few repeat clients and we were in need of a pet sitter. After giving her my address and confirming the date and time, she messaged an hour before she was supposed to arrive to cancel again. Sad to say, but very unreliable.
Kelcee V. cancelled a booking within a day of the start date.
Dogs were well taken care of and I got plenty of pictures while I was away. Will definitely book again!!
Kelcee does an amazing job every time she comes over to let my dog out while I’m at work. She does an amazing job giving my old pup some play time and the exercise she needs when I’m not able to. Kelcee is great with dogs and my Sonya absolutely loves her! I appreciate you so much Kelcee thanks!
