Hey! My name is Keith Obit and I am a writer/director that has lived in Arizona for my entire life. Currently I am in the wonderful Peoria area. I have had a love for dogs since I was a child and I really enjoy working for Rover! I have primarily grown up with the fun-loving Siberian Husky and Malamute breeds, from my childhood dog to my 2 current dogs now, Fabius and Gertie. I have had experience with all dog breeds though and the love for animals runs deep in my family. My sister works at Vet Hospital who is always there to share knowledge with me and help out. You can expect a very personable experience with your dog. I want you to be able to enjoy your day without worrying about your dog and ensuring that he is in good hands.

I don't know anyone that could be more perfect for this. As long as I've know Keith, he's been an animal lover. So much so, that his pups take on his personality due to the fact that he shows them tonnes of love and attention. They truly are his best friends.

Keith walked my dog for about a week when I went out of town. We live in a complex with a dog park and I have many friends who also reside in the community. I asked one of these friends to keep an eye on Keith because we had never hired him before. Upon returning from our trip our neighbor informed us she had witnessed Keith taking our dog to the dog park on several occasions, treating her nicely, and cleaning up after her every single time. Now I have a standard for my dog sitters, but truth be told I won't be calling anyone else besides Keith from now on so.. I guess he just set the standard for himself is all haha.

A typical day
I like to walk dogs in areas that are most comfortable with the dog owner and I like to get an idea of that before the first walk. I want the owner to feel his/her dog is in the safest and best of hands so he can go through his work day (or vacation,whatever lol!) without having to worry about his family member while he/she is away.
