I love animals of all shapes and sizes, some humans I could do without! I live in the West end of Edmonton, in the La Pearle neighborhood with my 11 year old lab/collie mix, Cici. She has been with my family since she was one, she is a rescue and my kids couldn't imagine the past decade without her. I have been around dogs my whole life, taking in rescues and strays over the years, giving them a loving home and companionship. Cici has been our family dog for the past 10 years, growing with our family of four children. She is a special needs dog and as such, have had to administer various medications, both orally and injections over the years. Apart from that, she is my 75lb lap dog, that on occasion, we both let it slide that she's not allowed on the furniture.
