I booked a stay this past weekend with Keith and his 2 roommates. After confirming a drop off time, we get to his apartment to only wait 45 minutes in the lobby. Keith and his roommates were non responsive and never showed. I still have not heard from them with any explanation or apology. They are irresponsible, unreliable, and disappointing.

Keith and his two roommates, Rami and Talia, took excellent care of my rambunctious pup, Franklin. They had extremely flexible schedules and were able to tag team to ensure Franklin was not alone for more than just a few hours. An added bonus, they had a built in doggy playmate, Calvin! They made sure to send me pictures and updates. They even bathed Frank before returning him to me! I would highly recommend this crew to care for your pups!
