Pet care experience
Hi! My name is Keirsten and I'm a resident of Carrboro, NC. I love being outdoors and since adopting my almost 4 year old Pomeranian/Papillon mix I cannot get enough time on the trails! Zeke (my dog) and I love to run together, play fetch, and have lots of cuddle time on the couch. I work at a hotel Monday - Friday overnight and through my previous experience as a nanny have also gotten the chance to do some dog sitting and loved it every time! I am available most weekday afternoons for walks and I'm happy to send as many updates throughout my time with your furry family member to keep you in the loop whether it's for a walk or an overnight. My dog is very dog/people/child friendly and is up to date on all vaccines and loves meeting and walking with new dogs (with approval of dog parent). Happy to hear from you!

Keirsten took such wonderful care of my two dogs while I was away for a weekend. She checked on them twice a day, took them for long walks, played with them and made sure they had food and water. She provided me with tons of pictures and updates throughout the weekend, so I knew my pups were in great hands! When she dropped off my key the next day, my dogs were so happy to see her again. I can't recommend Keirsten enough.
Keirsten is great with dogs. She takes my dogs on runs regularly! If you want someone that loves your dog as much as you Kiersten is a great choice!
Keirsten is amazing with kids and animals both! I can't recommend her highly enough -I have a house of rescue cats and dogs, one of whom has emotional issues and needs medication twice a day (so these are not exactly low maintenance pets), and she was fantastic with them. I always felt secure leaving town when she was pet-sitting, because I knew she'd be taking excellent care of everyone.

As someone who loves going on walks with my own dog, I have become familiar with the trails and greenways in the Carrboro/Chapel Hill area. A typical walk with me would be anywhere from 30 mins to 45 mins depending on the health and activity levels of the dog being walked (willing to go farther/longer if needed).
