Keira is exceptional! She is prompt, professional, kind, and most of all, and our dog Lola loved the attention she received when we were out of town. Because we live in a gated community, we get text messages when anyone comes through the gate. Keira observed the specific times we asked her to come and visit our dog and let her out while we were out of town. Also, she thoroughly impressed us by monitoring how much food our dog had eaten, and sending us a quick message to see if this was normal. Because our dog tends to eat less when we are not home, it was not cause for alarm, but it was very nice to know someone was really caring for our pup while we enjoyed our vacation. I would absolutely book Keira again! Thank you SO much for the great experience Keira! Lola and I both appreciate your care for her while we enjoyed Vegas!!

Above and beyond. Our dog met Keira a couple days before our trip but apparently went into hiding 7 hours after we left. Keira did her best to coax Ellie from our house and by day 3 of our trip had her playing outside. Great with updates and working with our neighbor to make sure the dog was okay.
