Pet care experience
I have always had dogs growing up and have been dog and cat sitting since I was 14. I worked at a dog boarder for about a year and a half and I learned a lot about dog behavior and how to care for difficult dogs whether that be medically or behaviorally. In addition I was dog sitting pretty consistently for various kinds and temperaments throughout last year.

What can I say?! Keira is the best. Wally (our Bernedoodle) loves her. We kenneled Wally one time. It wasn’t a bad experience, I just didn’t think that there wasn’t enough interaction at the kennel. When Keira was recommended I jumped at the idea she would stay with our Wally. She watched him for 9 days and when we came home we could tell he was well cared for, had plenty of one on one attention and he was happy. I highly recommend Keira to watch your fur baby.
Keira is always the first person I call when we are going out of town and I need someone to walk my dogs. She is so reliable, loves dogs, and my pups love her! Look no further, she’s your girl for walking and pet sitting.
Keira watched our French Bulldog for a weekend at our home. She’s very responsible with his medications and he seemed very happy to have her for the weekend. Sure beats a trip to the boarding kennel! Keira was as neat as a pin, and all was great for the whole time she stayed at our house. I’ll use Keira again and would highly recommend her!
I highly recommend Keira as a dog sitter/walker. Keira has helped take care of our 12 year old cockapoo bichon, Bailey, for a couple of years now. She is friendly, reliable, trustworthy and really loves the dogs she cares for. Not only has Keira helped by stoping in for a short visit to walk, feed and play with Bailey, she has also "babysat" in the evenings when he was recovering from a surgery or illness and couldn't be left alone but we had to be out. I completely trust Keira with my dog and to be in my home.

A typical day
I love to take walks with dogs, especially hikes. There is a beautiful nature preserve by my house that I love to walk in. If it is raining, to hot, or too cold, I love to play with dogs inside or make enrichments toys for them to ware them out. I have an energetic German Shepard so I havre learned a lot about different ways to exercise a dog mentally and physically!

Availability
I nanny in the afternoons so I will be gone from about noon until 6pm. However the kids love dogs and if requested, letting out while nannying is an option if the dogs are good with kids.
