I am very passionate about caring for animals, and animal well being. In high school, I took a Veterinary Assisting Class where we learned basic grooming skills, how to care for different animals, behavioral cues, nutrition and husbandary, First Aid/CPR, and Medication Administration, among other things. I wish to persue my career to becoming a Veterinarian, and eventually I will be going to school for that. During the class, I became Fear Free Certerified, which is another way we learn to keep the clients free from fear during their stay, and visit, because a happy dog, is a good dog. We also learned different training methods for puppies when it comes to potty training, and the best ways to approach discipline, like a strict no, or trying to allow them to do something else, to distract them from the wrong.
