Pet care experience
Since I was a kid, I have been the trusted pet sitter for family, friends and neighbors. I take caring for animals as not just a job but an exciting and fun-loving experience. I have worked at a doggy daycare as a handler and bather for a year and have cared for my senior dog the past 16 1/2 years. I have worked with dogs of all breeds and temperaments. All dogs are my friends and I hope to be friends with yours!

Keelyn is wonderful…sends great update pictures of our cat Chip, and even helped us out with a little issue we were having with our furnace when we were out of town.

I live in a one bedroom apartment with my cat and senior dog. My cat is very friendly and does well with dogs of all temperaments, even puppies. It is enough space for myself and a few pet pals. My street has lots of grassy areas along with walking distance to the beach, which is always a favorite route for dogs I care for. I allow cuddles on the couch and bed if your pet is more comfortable with that routine.

Information Keelyn M. would like to know about your pet
I would appreciate to know if your dog is reactive on the leash with other dogs/humans since I live in a pretty populated area. Also any allergies or health conditions (for giving them treats). I also have a cat who is very good with dogs but it would be best to know if your dog does not do well with cats.
A typical day
I live a few blocks from Atwater beach, so I love to walk dogs to the beach, let them experience the sand and if they’re comfortable, interact with the water. One of my favorite hikes is Lake Park and going to the smaller trails that take us to the lake front. We usually get a good 2-3 miles in from that!

Availability
I am a teacher, so during the week, the days can get long but I have weekends off. I can attend to your pets on any preferred schedule over the weekend.
