Experienced Dog Lover and Pet Carer

Pet care experience

I am a dog trainer, behaviourist and walker and I am the lucky guardian of three wonderful papillons, Emrys, Link and Nico. I grew up around dogs and have always been interested in all things canine. In 2005 I became a member of the Young Kennel Club, which ignited my passion for dog training and provided me with many opportunities, including competing at Crufts in a variety of disciplines. I have always loved animals, and have had the opportunity to experience working with a variety of species in professional capacities other than dogs, including horses, raptors, small animals and zoo-housed exotics. I have been involved in the dog world for 17 years, and I currently compete in agility with my dog, Link. In my spare time, I continue to expand my knowledge in canine science and keep up to date with the latest research and methods surrounding fear-free, reward-based training.

Keavy was brilliant with Alan our fox red labrador. She really knows dogs and was great to communicate with! Thanks Keavy and look forward to booking you for more sitting in the future ☺️

Keavey was so lovely with our dog and I totally trusted her to look after him. Really good to meet her before and talk everything through and she has loads of experience and training with dogs. The communication was also easy. It has been a real relief to find someone to come to the house. Thanks!

Safety, trust & environment

We understand that daycare facilities are not suited to all our furry (and non furry!) family members, and our home visits and solo walks offer a much more relaxed, stress free environment for both you and your pet as they get to stay within their own home and familiar surroundings. Visits are perfect for days when you are going to be working late or away for long hours. They are also great for younger and older pets who can’t be left for too long and provide your pet with some extra human contact and stimulation should they get bored on their own, or simply for that much needed toilet break. It’s up to you what you wish to happen during these visits, but it can include activities such as feeding, cleaning out bowls, refilling water, toilet breaks, play time and lots of cuddles! Walking your dog is one of the best ways to provide exercise and stimulation, and when you are at work or away, you may not have the time to give your dog this. I can lend a professional hand to provide your dog with a range of different walk lengths and types, depending on what best suits you and your dog. You need not worry about your dog being walked with anyone else’s as I will only walk your dog with any other dogs you own/within your household. Have more than one dog? Depending on suitability and your preference, I can either walk them separately or together.
