Pet care experience
I have owned cats, dogs and pocket pets my entire life and have yet to meet an animal that I haven’t loved! I recently earned my degree in Veterinary Technology and have over 2 years of in the field medical training. Additionally I spent the last 3 years employed at the San Diego Humane Society as an animal caregiver. I have a great deal of experience with animals with both medical and behavioral challenges. My own pets fall into both of the aforementioned categories. I can also tend to other species of animals including pocket pets, fish, birds, reptiles, horses and livestock! My main goal is to keep your fur babies safe and happy, and to give you the peace of mind you deserve when you can’t be home with them.

Had a last second wrench in my travel plans, my cat through a fit and refused to get into the cat carrier or car. Keara saved the day and picked up 5 days on a last second request. Every day I received a detailed review of the visit and TONS of great pictures of my cat. Book her for any pet sitting needs

Please let me know if your dog has any special medical or behavioral needs. I am happy to make pretty much any accommodations. I have experience with fearful, reactive and aggressive animals, I just ask for a heads up so we can plan accordingly. I also would like to know if your female dog is in heat, or if your male dog is intact.
A typical day
Depending on what your pet needs, I am happy to create a customized plan for their day. Be that walks in the neighborhood, fetch or belly rubs.
