We had scheduled Kaytlin to come house sit our two dogs with a start time between 9-10 and a finish between 4-5. At around 2pm I checked our ring cameras to see that nobody was there and nobody had been there. When we asked Kaytlin she said that she had stopped by around 10 but then had left to run errands. (It was now 2pm). We have multiple ring cameras in and around the property more for emergencies but looking back she never came at 10. Our hope was that she maybe forgot about the booking but then panicked when confronted. We tried to come to a resolution as the house sitting that was scheduled was not fulfilled. We have since been ghosted with no explanation or response. We get that accidents happen but the lack of communication or responsibility is concerning given someone who is watching pets.

Kaytlin did a really great job taking care of our little man. Kepler came back with the biggest smile on his face Thank you so much :) We will be reaching out again soon!
