Everything was off from the start. I made it clear that my dog is not the most social due to his rough past, but he is tolerant nonetheless. Kaylynn never mentioned the fact that she had roommates or that she also had dogs that dogs that she was keeping in a different apartment within the same complex. Within the first day of his stay, my dog switched apartments between Kaylnn's apartment and her friend's apartment. This meant she also switched her dogs around too. I was only informed of this after it happened. But I know this was a big contributing factor on my dog's behavior to follow. The second day, I was contacted by Kaylynn to hear that my dog attempted to bite her roommates and his friends....the first time I learned that she had roommates. When I was corresponding to her prior to the stay, she nor her profile never mentioned that she had roommates. In the creation of my profile, I was clear that my dog needs limited contact with people he does not know, not a revolving door of people that will contribute to his uneasiness and apprehension. Needless to say, I made the 45 minute drive to pick up my dog a day early because she didn't want follow my dog's care instructions. I am under no circumstances claiming my dog is the most social or easy-going, but my care instructions were clear as well as my correspondence with Kaylynn. All of this would have been avoided if Kaylynn disclosed she had roommates who would bring friends over and that she would move from my dog repeatedly between apartments, never giving him the opportunity to feel at ease. I would have never booked her if she was more transparent. Shes She's more interested in a quick buck than the safety and well-being of the animals and people around her.

My dog sitter had to cancel my appointment so had to find a new sitter and Kaylynn came in clutch at the last minute. had a photography a wedding from 10am-10pm and she was able to accommodate me for a listen pickup which helped out a whole lot. I definitely keep her in my roster for future needs
