Hi my name is Kaylyn and I’m from New Jersey where my first pet was a poodle named popcorn. I then moved to Charlotte 11 years ago and recently got a lab-chow named Charlie, ever since my move from New Jersey I’ve always been in love with any dog that I’ve either sitted, walked or volunteered with at The Humane Society with. I love catering to each ones needs, as I know that every dog is unique it’s always fun and funny getting to know each ones personality.. I used to be a cheerleader in which it’s easy to follow any basic workout routine daily. I would love to keep your pet healthy, fit, and above all, happy! I will be sure to treat your dog with love and care and I will make sure that your Rover experience is as positive as possible!

Pup came back really itchy and anxious. Didn’t receive any pictures or updates about her care or how she was doing. Also wasn’t aware that there would be multiple dogs in the space at the same time. She came back alive so I can’t complain. I just wish there was more transparency and communication.
I was disappointed to have to come to get my dog earlier than the intended stay. My vacation was interrupted. I was five hours away, and my closest resource was three hours away. The relative that was injured should never be in danger of a dog in the kennel and under supervision of the dog sitter.
Poor communicator. Had to involve Rover on day of booking just to get a response. Said her dog lived elsewhere. That was a lie. Made a lame excuse (a lie) to get out of watching our dog 3 hours into the visit the day before Thanksgiving. Listen to the red flags. We should have.
Kaylyn is great! She was quick to accommodate me when i needed her and was patient when my dog was acting up. I really do thank her for her help and recommend her for your pup needs.
