Quality care while you're away :)
Pet care experience
I've grown up with animals: cats, dogs, birds, turtles, snakes, lizards. I used to visit my uncle's house and he had goats, pigs, peacocks, pheasants and even more dogs :) Professionally, I've been taking care of other people's fur babies since 2018. I take some great shots and create descriptive summaries of our time together, so you won't miss a thing! I'm pretty good at convincing and/or tricking pups and kittens to take their medication. I have administered fluids to cats and earned the trust of wary pups. Sometimes, it's love at first pet and sometimes it takes persistence. Eventually, we will be friends <3 I have 2, around 3 year old kitties and a15 year old ball python who used to fit in my palm when she was a hatchling :) Look forward to meeting y'all.
Reviews
Kaylie did a fantastic job caring for our two dogs for eight days when we were 1000 miles away on vacation. She was professional, detailed, sweet with the pups and a great communicator. From packages to watering plants, she took care of everything. I will definitely reach out to her again in the future, you should too.
Piper had a great time with Kaylie! Very communicative and thorough. Highly recommended!
Kaylie was INCREDIBLE!! My puppy had an incredible time with her. I literally had to drag her away from Kaylie each day. She was amazing and patient with my dog. She sent awesome updates and photos! She also spent some time walk training her and she’s walking SO much better! My puppy came home and fell asleep right away everyday after the sessions as well. Will absolutely be coming back! Thank you Kaylie :)
Kay was great with my little dog while I was away for 2 weeks. Always send me pictures and some information about how my dog was doing. I would recommend her services and will definitely have her watch my dog again.

Safety, trust & environment
My house has a large front and back porcqh. There is a short fence, suitable for small dogs. I have a 55 foot long leash for bigger dogs to explore the yard but for exercise, I usually will run or play with the pup. It just depends on what the pup likes. Boardings/House Sittings include a 30 minute walk for exercise and at least 2 additional potty break walks. (More if needed, of course)

Information Kaylie K. would like to know about your pet
*Please allow time for a meet and greet before your first visit. Depending on the visit type, it usually takes 15-30 minutes. This allows time for an introduction and asking any questions. I usually ask things like: Does your pet take any medication? Do they have any allergies? Are they on a special diet/have a routine time for eating? Any restrictions, i.e: weight control, dental issues, etc If you have a routine, when is potty time usually? Or, are there behaviors to let me know when they want to go outside? Are there behaviors I should be concerned about or on the lookout for? I.e: aggressive behaviors, eating non-food items like plastic or cardboard, etc Please provide emergency contact information.
A typical day
Each pup is different but almost all of them love being outside. I like to visit dog friendly areas like parks, lakes, even dog friendly restaurants. Inside activisitis depends on the pup. Some like to play with toys, treats, wrestle, some like to be groomed, explore, cuddle and nap.

Availability
During boardings/ house sittings, I like to keep things as close to thier normal schedule as much as possible. It just creates a more comfortable environment. If the booking is scheduled during a work day, I will let you know what time I will be with your fur baby. On days I am not working, I like to try something new. I like making pet treats, grooming for some picture time, going to new outside places, or just some cuddle time. Currently, I am working 12 hour shifts, 3 days a week -variable. I usually don't accept same day bookings for house sittings or boarding to allow time to confirm my work schedule. I DO accept same day bookings for day care, walks and drop in visits . Please allow time for a meet and greet for first time bookings.
