Pet care experience
I’ve raised and kept family dogs since I was young. Grew up in a dog family and couldn’t be happier! I’ve dealt with a variety of dogs from my family’s to friends- large or small, stubborn and sweet, young and old. Reliable and willing to stick to the training plans or schedule you’ve created with your pup in mind. Not as experienced with cats but I’ve been known to dabble! Happy to also help out with our kitties in the neighborhood!

I like to be flexible based of the dogs current routine and what the dog parents want for their fur baby. I try to maintain the space in the same way I found it and don’t leave excess food or toys out if I’m unable to monitor closely for a moment since I know that can become a hazard.
Information Kayleigh L. would like to know about your pet
I have watched reactive dogs in the past. I think knowing that kind of information beforehand is super important so I can choose the appropriate walking location. Otherwise if your dog needs a specific harness or has a training plan you follow, I love to know that info beforehand so I can employ it as well and not interrupt the hard work being done on all sides.
A typical day
I love a good park walk! I also love that here in the Boston area there are so many walkways along the Charles or other river systems. Beautiful walks for pups and humans alike! I’m also a solid throw for long games of fetch or tug of war if you’ve got a safe toy for it. And not to brag but I’m able to do that with my family 130lb rottie so I should be able to handle just about any dog!

Availability
I currently wfh most days and have plenty of flexibility in my schedule and where I need to be available from. Not intensive so able to take breaks as needed and always free to cuddle up while I type and email! Often help with my current roommate’s dog so very able to adjust as needed. This is also the reason I only offer in client home dog sitting as she is dog reactive, and I wouldn’t want to put a client and their dog in an uncomfortable position. I do have experience walking with her and trying to work her through those reactions when we go out.
