Pet care experience
I am currently a college student taking the prerequisites to the Veterinary technology program. Everyday I am learning new information pertaining to animals in my courses. I also have experience being a volunteer at Yuba City Animal shelter. Things I do there include: •walking dogs •handling cats •bathing I’ve had a internship at VCA Northpointe Animal Hospital. Things I did there included: •job shadowing rvts and veterinarians •praticed filling needles •restraint during ultrasound As for my personal life I have grown up with animals. My current dog is a pitbull and I’ve had him since I was 6 years old. I also have another dog who is a bully breed which came into the family 6 years ago.I’ve owned reptiles and currently have a tarantula that I’ve had for around 7 years. I do well with any breeds as well as cats. Overall I am very passionate with animals and wish to build more experience within the community.

I recommend this young lady to anybody looking for a secure and safe pet sitter or walker. She has looked after my two sweet pugs a few times and will always be my go to person. Very respectful and has great communication regarding services or updates on my two dogs.
I’ve known Kaylee for a while now and she does a great job handling both dogs and cats! One thing I like about her is that she is fit and is capable of running around and tiring out pets for extended amounts of time. I think this is great as high energy dogs can lead to boredom and reactivity. Knowing that she is doing school makes me feel safer as she is picking up and applying knowledge to current situations.

A typical day
Activities could include running and chasing to burn energy. For older or low activity pets I would include snuggles and talks for company and comfort while you are away. Perhaps even a casual stroll around the neighborhood. All depends on what I or you believe your pet needs to become satisfied.

Availability
I am pretty flexible and have many openings throughout the week. The only days which I would be unavailable are Mondays and Wednesday due to college. Other than those days I currently have nothing major going on within my schedule.
