Kaylee is so caring - we are always thrilled when she is available!

Kaylee never was here at the times I paid for,my neighbor helping was in between times as I have never left my cat this long my neighbor is 71 she's the one who cleaned the litter box gave him fresh iced water and spent time with him,Kaylee claims there was never anything to clean in the litter box that's because my neighbor was doing it I Scheduled Kaylee for 8 AM as and 4 pm .That was not followed, then she complained about the travel time to and from my residence which is of no concern to me,that should factor into her job description.My neighbor was defending my arrangements that's all Kaylee threw the key at her sobbing like a child.I found her to be completely unreliable,perhaps she should gain more experience before her next booking.I came home early from my vacation because of her actions. And I told her,she could have had many more appointments within my senior complex lots of small animals to tend to had she done an efficient job.Doubt I will use your services again regardless of your "Claim" of finding the right sitter, I thought I had.
