Pet care experience
I’ve grown up with all kinds of pets, taking care of my family dogs and cats since I was young. Throughout High School and College I worked at a Doggy Day Care and Boarding facility where I’d feed, walk, clean, medicate (when needed) and play with both dogs and cats ranging from 6 months old to seniors. Due to this I also have experience with all breeds, sizes and temperaments. I now teach a Small Animal Science high school course that focuses on Dogs, Cats and Pocket Pets. I also have experience in owning and caring for livestock which is why my profile includes pictures of those animals. My minor in college was in Animal Sciences. One of the most fun experiences I’ve had with dogs is organizing and hosting Puppy Plunges (dog pool parties) as part of a former job.

Kaylee done a great job with my little fur baby! She sent lots of pictures and was very prompt with any communication that we had. I will definitely use her again to take care of my lil fur baby!?
Kaylee was wonderful! She took such great care of our boys and our home while we were out of town for the weekend. They got lots of playtime and plenty of cuddles! We would definitely use Kaylee again in the future. She communicated so well and sent plenty of updates and photos to let us know how they were doing.
She took care of my dogs while I was out of town. Everything went well and Lucy seemed happy when I got back. I would recommend her to friends.

A typical day for drop ins would have me visiting several times a day (this is dependent on the dogs needs but at least 4x) for at least 20 minutes each time to play with and let the dog out as well as take care of other needs. When staying at a clients home to care for a pet I will usually stay all day and night. I may leave for about 2 hours a day to take care of my own needs but your pet would not be left alone more than that.

A typical day
There are several Greenways near me that I would love to walk your dog on! There are also several dog parks I would be willing to visit to let your dog socialize and play a bit off the leash. I love visiting Freedom Park over by South End and would love to take your dog for a couple laps around the lake there!

Availability
I work full time Monday - Friday from 7:00am-3:00pm. I am more than happy to do drop ins or walks M-F after 3:30pm. I am typically free all day Saturdays and Sundays.
