Pet care experience
I've had animals in and out of my life for as long as I can remember. Whether it be my own pets, or friends' dogs I have knowledge in basic behavioral training and animal behavior from courses and experience.

Kaylee has dog sat for me on multiple occasions when I go out of town. She is very good with my Peyton boy and I trust her very much. She is reliable and a great dog sitter.
Kaylee understands both the needs of dogs as well as the responsibility is takes to be a dog walker. She is a highly motivated and dedicated individual. Dogs in her community would benefit from being walked by her, as dogs naturally gravitate towards her because of her demeanor.
Kaylee is so great with my dog, Prue. Prue gets overly excited to see only a select few people and Kaylee is one of them. She is drawn to Kaylee and I think it is due to her immense warmth and kindness. Not to mention Kaylee is always up to play with and pet her.
Kaylee is incredible with my dog!! My pup is my baby and I don’t trust just anyone with her, but Diva the Shih tzu LOVES Kaylee! She’s professional and super sweet. It’s so clear how much she loves dogs, which makes me feel even more comfortable working with her. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

While I do not dog sit due to my rental apartment prohibiting animals, I am more than happy to help you to provide a safe puppy-proofed or dog proofed house. I have specific knowledge on common dog allergens, poisons, etc.

I like to plan ahead of a walk, check-in with your family member by asking about their social history, triggers, favorite activities and medical history. It is also important to know how well your dog walks on a leash, reacts to other reactive dogs and socializes.
A typical day
I'm a strong advocate for dogs playing with other dogs. If your dog gets along with others I would love to take them to the dog park, or walk on trails. In the summer I find that beaches are a must for pups. Enrichment activities such as lock mats and toys also provide alternative exercise for stormy days.

Availability
I just finished my graduate program and would love to spend it with furry friends of all shapes and sizes. Your pet's care will be the only focus of my routine! I enjoy slower paced, yet longer walks for dogs and an older or disabled friend would be the perfect fit for my stride. I'm also happy to do some brisk walking.
