I’m an animal person through and through, just ask anyone who knows me. I’ve always been passionate about them, so my first ‘job’ at 10 years old was pet sitting for my friends and family. I have experience with a wide variety of animals, from four legged to none! I worked in an animal shelter through high school, there we took in cats, dogs, and various rodents who needed new homes. As my headline indicates, I also have experience with livestock. I have cared for horses, donkeys, cattle, poultry, and I even raised goats in high school. I currently work as a kennel tech at Seaside Veterinary Hospital and work with Tidelands Nature Center as a husbandry and education volunteer for their various fish and reptiles. I also attend CCGA to achieve my undergraduate degree in Biology, my goal is to attend veterinary school in the near future. My personal, nonhuman family currently consists of a dog, Boots, a cat, Lyra, two snakes and an adorable gecko, all are rescues from various places and conditions. I promise to care for your animals like my own, and as a pet parent I recognize that every individual animal has differing needs. Because of this, I ask you to provide me with any specific information to your pet such as dietary needs, any behavioral issues, any training goals I can help with, etc, in order to make my visit with your babies go smoothly!
