Checked in with her to see if she made it to our home two hours later than she was supposed to show, she replied “ little behind not there yet, I’ll be on my way soon” (this is 2 1/2 hours later than start time) I then asked when she would get there and she said “430” when it was “4:29” and she hadn’t left? Told her I was just gonna cancel and she just said “sounds good, sorry”. No remorse whatsoever. Sounds like she’s consistently late from past reviews too.

The house was nice & clean and the dogs seemed very happy. She spend a great deal of time with them which was lovely. I bought Kaylea some snacks so she wouldn't be hungry while the house was kinda snowed in. Two reasons I didn't give a full 5 stars is: 1) she was a little late to the meet & greet and very late to pick up the house key the week we were leaving. It's understandable since she was in the middle of moving and she did keep me updated with her revised arrival time. I still wish she had been better at telling me when she was going to be here. 2) At the meet and greet I asked that no one but her be at the house. I had introduced her to the dogs but I need to be there to introduce anyone to my dogs. As we were getting on the plane, she was texting me asking if her friend could come over. I said no and she ab
