Pet care experience
Don't take your dog to boarding while you're away, bring them to my home for a staycation. You can rest assured knowing that your pup is safe and comfortable in my home while receiving lots of love and attention from me. I'm an avid dog lover and promise to care for and spoil your pup just as you would while you are away. I've loved dogs my entire life and also use to volunteer for a local dog rescue. I have been dog-sitting for friends and neighbors since I was a teenager. I have volunteered at a local rescue for 4 years. I have been dog-sitting professionally for 2 years. As well as the experience I have gained caring for my rambunctious 9-year-old pup, whom I love dearly. I do live in a town-house, not a single-family home, and my HOA has rules regarding excessive barking, I can't host excessive barkers. Why I love dog sitting I've always loved dogs since I can remember. I grew up with dogs when I was a younger child. I've volunteered at a dog rescue for four years when I had more free time, and I adore my pup, Corbin. Meet my pets Corbin, Boxer mix. Rescue pup, Senior dog. About my yard I have a small fenced-in back patio. My experience administering medication I am comfortable administering oral/topical medications.

Tove had such a great time with Kayla and her dog Corbin. She sent pictures and updates every day that we were away and she even gave him a bath before we picked him up! Tove has really had a hard time with Kennels in the past. No matter the Kennel, he always seems sad and depressed when he comes home. That is why we wanted to try in home care through Rover. Well it was hugely successful. He was super tired from all the increased play time he got with Corbin and the other puppy staying with Kayla but he was also his normal happy self when we got him home. I would let Kayla take care of him again anytime.
Great service and a genuine dog lover. Really went above and beyond the basic dog sitting and is somebody I will always trust with my pet and house. Always kept me very well informed and made sure to have my pets needs taken care of. Highly recommend!!!
Indeed, our pups were loved while in Kayla's care. She was attentive to their behavior and needs. She provided us with pictures and updates daily. We were pleased that both of our dogs appeared relaxed when we picked them up. THANK YOU, KAYLA!
Kayla put me at ease as soon as I met her! She has taken such good care of my pup and sends me texts and pictures to update me on how he is doing. I usually have anxiety when leaving my dog for a few days but this time I knew he was in the best hands possible!!

I have a small fenced-in back patio and a large, friendly Senior pup named Corbin to keep your dog company while I'm away at work. I can only take dogs for a maximum of 1 short walk per day. For this reason, I cannot accept high-energy dogs. I also can't take excessive barkers due to HOA rules.

I am happy to accommodate some special needs, however, due to my work schedule, I am out of the home for 8 - 10 hours a day. I can only accommodate well-behaved and house-trained dogs. Because I have a senior dog, your dog must be dog friendly. I also need low-energy dogs, I don't have the time for high-energy dogs and my guy doesn't like to play as hard as he used to when he was younger.
A typical day
Here's where we'll take our walks I can provide one short walk through my neighborhood before work. Your dog's sleeping arrangement However your dog normally sleeps. Time I'll spend with your dog I'll spend time with your dog before work. They'll have a potty break when I get home, then, it's off to bed we go.

Pet care is a side gig for me at the moment. I do work full-time outside of the home. However, your pup will be kept company by my pup, Corbin while I'm at work and receive plenty of love from me when I'm home.
