We met with Kayla before we left and made it clear that we wanted someone to stay with our cat overnight because he gets very upset when he is left alone for extended periods. She said it would be no problem at all. She was extremely friendly and agreeable. We paid for 6 nights of house sitting and barely got one. She stayed over the first night and after that she barely stayed with our kitty for more than 15 minutes. Some visits were as short as 3 minutes. She left him completely alone for 5 nights without saying a word to us as to why. She was never abusive and she did feed him twice a day, so I guess she felt that was 'good enough' but it wasn't. Instead, I paid for our cat to be traumatized for nearly a week by someone who was supposed to care. Since we are new to the area, we didn't have anyone to use as a backup. This put us in an impossible position - where all we could do is watch our poor kitty cry because he was so lonely. After all we were on the other side of the country with the keys to our home and no way to get him food and water. If we complained or reported her, then she could have just stopped coming to feed him, or worse she could have let him outside in the cold or who knows what. Instead we could only watch him be so sad on our cameras and ignore him when he begged for attention during the few minutes she was in the house. It completely ruined our vacation. Honestly, I just don't understand how someone could be so cold-hearted and uncaring. We have been back for two days and my cat has not let us out of his sight because he is so traumatized. After this, I will not be using this service again.

This was the first time we boarded our 14 year old blind and deaf dog. W could not be more pleased with the care our Libby received. We will be using Kayla again with no reservations.
