Pet care experience
Hello pet owners, My love for pets is what sparked me to enter a wonderful world of pet sitting, fostering and rescuing. My experience with animals started in my younger teen years with family, friends, and neighbors. I now work at a veterinarian hospital. In the past I have almost 2 years of shelter experience as well with the opportunity of taking courses and earning certificates in dog CPR and learning animal behaviors for felines and canines. This has gained me with more experience for pet sitting. I have been relied on to walk, feed, bathe, and give medications orally and injections from pet owners. I always update the pet owner throughout the day so they know their pet is in safe and loving arms.

Kayla was fabulous. I had to go out of town and my usual cat care plans feel through. Kayla was able to jump right in and help out. I felt so much better knowing she was able to be there. I have a dog park and a trail to walk dogs around my apartment complex. I love to do enrichments and to encourage playing with toys for their mental and physical health. I also follow what the owner wants if they have a certain schedule for feeding and medications if the have any. My job is to make them happy and give them lots of love but tire them out after you come home from a date night, a long day at work or even a vacation/work-cation :) I am more than happy to do meet & greets with my fur baby and yours and I am also okay with meeting your dog anywhere you are most comfortable with.

Please let me know if your animal has any preferred schedule or any medications. I would also like to know if your animal has any certain behaviors to be made aware of for safety purposes like if they don't like to be pet around the head area or if they are treat motivated for the nervous/anxious/shy fur baby's. It is highly recommended but by choice for your pets microchip number. Please also let me be aware of any allergies as well as all their favorite games, places, toys, and any dislikes of theirs.
A typical day
I love to take dogs on a different trail depending on their energy levels. I do Trail walks, I take them to my dog park and a walk around my complex to let them do the big smells. I love stimulating an animal with puzzles, Kong's, lick mats, snuffle mats and more. It is great for their physical and mental health.

Availability
I am free in the evening hours Monday-Thurs after 7pm. The weekends as well as Friday I have full availabilities. I can do early mornings before 7am for drop offs and I don’t mind staying at your house if it’s more comfy for your pet.
