Pet care experience
I have been taking care of dogs since I was a kid. I have always loved them and grew up in a home where we were always helping others with their animals, along with our own. I am not able to have a pet of my own quite yet, but I love to help others as much as I can with theirs! My mom is a canine massage therapist, so I have learned a lot from her about dogs and just how amazing they are! I have worked with dogs of all ages and sizes and can adjust myself to meet their needs.

I have known Kayla for a very long time! She started babysitting my children at a very young age. Even though she was young herself she was wise and responsible beyond her years. I’ve had the pleasure of watching her grow into an extremely responsible, dependable lady. She not only babysits regularly, but she also house sits and dog sits for me when we go out of town. I know my dogs and my house are in great hands when Kayla is around. My dogs absolutely adore her. I highly recommend Kayla!

I currently live off Parkcenter and am close to the green belt and several dog parks. I may go on walks with my mom who has two dogs of her own, who love to make friends! I can go on daily walks wherever your dog loves most!

I would like to know how a dog feels about being around other dogs before I take them out. No breed preference though!
A typical day
I live close to the dog park by the military reserve. I also love to walk through the foothills, so depending on the dog we can play fetch off leash at a park, or go walking in the hills. Whatever they love to do most!

Availability
I am a senior at BSU so I will have about an hour of class per day (12-1:15) once school starts. Other than that I work part time, mostly evenings, a couple days a week. My availability for walks and drop-ins is pretty open though and can make most times work. If an overnight is scheduled, I will be able to work with my job and get shifts in order ahead of time if the days overlap. I would love to get a few set schedules going for the long term!
