Kayla is a very sweet and respectful young lady. This was the first time we ever left our disabled dog in anyone’s care. I was nervous, worried and very selective, as I am also a Rover sitter. Kayla was flexible and was on time for both her meet and greet and on her assignment date. While I was on the road, I contacted her several times to ask how my dogs were doing and she responded immediately each time. Our house was also left as clean as we left it, she followed our written care instructions and she was caring and patient with our old, disabled dog named “Patches.” When my husband and I returned home, our dogs seemed very excited to see us and they appeared to be in good spirits. I will certainly call Kayla next time we are in need of getting care for our dogs. Thank you Kayla loving our dogs!
