Pet care experience
I have been co-caring for a family dog for the last 15 years and have loved getting to share all of the snuggles, treats and long walks along the way. More recently, I have become a step mom to a miniature schnauzer who has totally stolen my heart. I have experience with dogs that are cautious and sometimes reactive with strangers as well as some experience with senior dog care.

Kayla is very responsible when looking after my dog. I use her for dog daycare and I am very happy with her care and she sends me updates and photos during the day. Her location near a large park and walking trails is a plus for my dogs walks. I would recommend her for any dog care needs.

I will adapt my approach to fit the needs of you and your dog! With home visits, I will work to let your dog know that I am a safe and friendly presence, I am comfortable putting your dog in a crate if needed, and I can keep up to even the most energetic dogs on walks. If the dog is visiting me in my home, they will have to be able to spend some time with my family's senior dog, but we have plenty of space and a fully fenced in yard to give some outside time.

I am currently working part-time in a hybrid capacity! Depending on the day, I have a mix of morning and evening availability and am often working from home at least part of the day. Reach out, and I'd be happy to share more about the days and times that I'm available to hang with your pup!
