I've always had pets since I was little. I was raised on an acreage with dogs, cats, bunnies, chickens, and cows! We have always had dogs and cats inside the house and out so I am very experienced with both types of animals. I have a 5 (soon to be 6) year old who just started kindergarten this year. With school during the day I have a lot of free time! At our home we do have 2 female cats that are 8 and 9 years old. They both loves kids, all other animals and anyone who will give them attention! We also have 2 young dogs! Sir is a spunky 2 year old Chihuahua Maltese mix with lots of energy while Sabrina, our 6 month old American Bull Dog Pit mix, is very shy and timid but warms up to other animals and people quite quickly once she is comfortable. We are a very energetic, young, and small family that is looking to add some extra fun to our lives by helping others in our community! I currently bartend and waitress in Cedar Rapids and sometimes I help out with Hospice services during the winter seasons as I have my LPN. My schedule changes weekly but I amusually always free every 2-3 hours for an hour or so in between! As described above I do have a 5 year old, a husband, and 4 animals of my own. My animals love other animals and all people they have encountered this far! We love going on walks and being outside as much as possible but if we have to be inside, we are usually always running around and being very energetic inside with toys and playful interaction!
