Pet care experience
Hello! I have been an avid animal lover of all kinds my entire life. Being a long time pet owner myself I know how stressful it can be to leave your pets somewhere new so I want you to be sure to feel comfortable leaving your furry friends with me. I understand that pets are not “just pets” and they all require different needs. I will be sure your animal will receive the attention they require. In my home there are two other dogs Boo and Lily. Along with them we have a feline friend. We go for long walks either on leash or to the off leash if you allow daily. Your dog will be sure to receive all the cuddles and love it requires while you’re away.

Kayla was amazing! She watched my boy when I went out and I felt so at ease and confident that she’d take the best care of him, which she did!! He took to her so well too, he’s normally quite anxious but he really settled in well with her! If I’m ever back in Lethbridge I would definitely use Kayla if available! Thanks again Kayla!!
Kayla was extremely responsive via text/email while arranging the booking and first meet and greet. She kept my very large dog overnight and took him on several excursions. He came back home happy and tired. I would not hesitate to use Kayla again.
Kayla is someone i would trust my dog with when is comes to walking and looking after them. She is kind and considerate of all dog types and treats dogs with such respect and kindness, as well as takes the time to get them enough exercise so that they are tired for when then come home. 10/10 recommend!
In the years I have known her, Kayla has always provided a safe and loving home to her pets. And she provides that same feeling of safety and love to any animal she comes into contact with. She is the definition of a true animal lover and takes the role of being a pet owner seriously and shows great pride in it.

My house does have a dog door which leads to a fully fenced backyard. If crating is required I ask you bring the crate along and that is not a problem. Along with myself there will be two other dogs here to keep them company as well.

Please let me know if your dog has an special requirements ahead of time. I understand every dog is different and fully intend on meeting this. Is your dog good with other dogs? Is your dog good with cats? Do they have a feeding schedule? Special diet requirements?
A typical day
Big daily walks are a must! I love exploring the neighbour hood, and dog parks on or off leash at the owners preference. If I have a few errands to run I will pack up the dogs to allow them time out of the house as well. Wether I’m relaxing, cooking, cleaning or whatever activity I love having furry friends involved.

Availability
I do have a full time job and will be away for 8 hours at a time. I have however owned dogs on this schedule for 10+ years. Always making sure my first priority after/before work is that the dogs are all exercised, fed and receive all the attention they require.
