Pet care experience
I am a current foster with Operation Paws for Homes. We pull dogs from high-kill shelters down south and put them into foster homes until they are adopted. I have been with the rescue for a year now and have fostered adults, young dogs & pregnant moms and her pups. My dog recently had 2 ACL surgeries in the past 2 months and I thought what better way to supplement my income then dog sitting! I am used to fostering dogs of all ages/size/personality. I have a fenced in yard and a dog park within 10 minutes of my home. Your pup will have a great time at the Pup Hotel with me. His/her day will be filled with playtime, peanut butter filled kongs and lots of kisses & cuddles!

Kayla was very stand-offish when it came to viewing the property and dog accommodations. Kayla did not once offer us to view the premises, and while dropping off and picking up our dogs, we could hear a large quantity of dogs barking from what sounded like a caged/confined area. We offered Kayla our citronella dog bark collar to use in the event our hound dog would begin to bay. Kayla did not once communicate with us to let us know how the dogs stay was going, failed to provide any photos of our pets stay as requested and if our dogs could talk, I'm sure they would tell us stories of neglect and abuse. I have a small rat terrier who came home absolutely shell shocked and with an unexplained bite/cut mark down his leg. The citronella collar we left with Kayla (was filled 100% prior to dropping the dogs off), was completely empty and left in the on position when returned to us. Kayla stated she did not use the collar a single time during the stay. The only way this particular collar would have been emptied, is if Kayla was repeatedly turning on and off the collar to test spray it, because there is more than enough capacity for our dog to wear the collar for an entire day without it going empty.
Kayla did a nice job with our 7-year-old weim. She was easy to communicate with and made drop-off and pick-up easy. I plan on using her again soon.
Kayla provided a great time for my dog. Sent photos and videos daily.
Kayla is very comfortable around different & multiple dogs and loving towards them so I knew Alley was in good hands. I like that Kayla has a fenced in yard with trees for shading so dogs can hang out in a safe environment and I heard my dog enjoyed spending time outside. Kayla's dogs were friendly and my dog seemed to get along well with them. Kayla sent pictures and even a video of my dog playing with hers. Kayla was easy to work with to arrange meet & greet and for scheduling drop-off & pick-up. She's very responsive to messages. Alley was happy when I picked her up. Would definitely use Kayla again.
