Kayla loves our pups and they love her too! We’ve booked Kayla multiple times and she always sends several photos of our dogs!

I don’t often leave negative reviews, however, I’d like to have had this info prior to hiring Kayla. We hired her to sit for our 2 dogs in our house for a weekend. Since one of our dogs is a puppy, I emphasized that I didn’t want him alone for too long at one time- Kayla assured me that 4 hours would be the maximum between visits. I also discussed (and left a note) that the dogs should be walked and exercises(especially the puppy). I heard from her at 7:42 PM on Friday evening, and then nothing. By 2:00 PM the following day, I hadn’t heard from her and had a neighbor go check on the dogs. There was urine everywhere, dried and fresh- including the area where my fully potty trained adult dog was kept. I have no idea how long they were alone for this to have happened, but I guarantee it was longer than 4 hours- especially since some of the puddles had dried. Kayla did eventually respond, saying she had taken them out that morning and her phone was broken. Not convinced, but okay. Then, when we returned home, our neighbors informed us that the dogs were never walked, and that when she was visiting, Kayla would sit out front in her car for hours. It was obvious the puppy hadn’t been exercised, as he was stressed and had destroyed his bed. He also was left in the crate during the day, when I specified that was only during bedtime, and he destroyed the bed in his crate. We were very disappointed, as we were impressed by Kayla upon meeting her, but I cannot recommend hiring her.
