Hello! My name is Kayla and I am very experienced with dogs. Not only have I had dogs my whole life, but I have been volunteering and fostering for an animal rescue group since 2010. I have had over 150 foster dogs over the years so I’ve worked with a lot of dogs. I have a lot of experience working with dogs with behavioral issues and fear so if your dogs are nervous around new people, I feel comfortable handling that and helping them work through that with me. I also have experience administering medication, vaccinating, nail trimming, and dressing severe flesh wounds. I have been raising service dogs since 2013. I raised guide dogs for three years. After that, I moved to a service dog group where I now fully train service dogs. My last dog just graduated with his disabled partner. I taught him over 60 commands - he could open and shut doors, cupboards, and refrigerators. I also taught him to turn on and off the lights, pick up dropped items, push handicapped buttons, make transactions at the store, help remove your clothing, etc. Walks during overnight stays must be booked in addition to the overnight stays. I send photos of the dog to every client I babysit, walk, or drop in for. I want to give you peace of mind that your dog is happy and doing well. House sitting is done with my boyfriend as I am not a fan of staying in a strangers house alone. I am a student and a nanny and he owns a high-end car rental company, so between the two of us we are able to spend quite a bit of time at the house with the dog!
