Pet care experience
I have always grown up around animals ranging from small breed to large breed dogs, cats of all ages, and many more animals. I currently have a 9-month-old Aussie who is exiting the puppy stage and a 13-year-old cat whom I adopted 3 years ago. I have trained my Aussie on all of the basics as well as socialized him to new environments and individuals!

Being an animal lover herself, Kayla provides the best care for my dog, treating him like her own. I wouldn’t trust just anyone, but I trust her completely for whatever my pet needs. She is very organized and always has a plan so that she’s prepared for anything. She even sends me updates and photos, which I love (because who doesn’t miss their fur babies when they’re gone). My big clumsy Dane has the best time with her and I know that I can depend on her for his needs as well as caring for my home when we’re away.
Kayla has done such an amazing job caring for my fur babies! She always checked on them when requested and even more beyond that. She cares for them like her own and words can’t express how caring and loving she is. You’d be lucky to have her care for your babies too! They’re in great hands with Kayla!
Kayla is absolutely incredible with my pups. They absolutely adore her. Her patience and love for your pet is unlike any other. She is literally the only person I will ever trust with my rescued GSD. Highly recommend!

My Aussie is crate trained to be able to relax in his crate when no one is home to ensure he will not get into anything. I am willing to adapt to any way of care for your animals that make you feel the most comfortable!

I would like to know if your animals have any preferences with food, if they take certain medications and when, if they are reactive or not, etc. Anything that you would like to be notified about before stepping into a new role :)
A typical day
I enjoy going on walks with dogs in their neighborhood to be able to get their energy out as well as potentially expose them to new environments, smells, noises, etc.

Availability
I currently work full time in a pharmacy so my schedule is very consistent. I get off at 5 pm every day with the weekends fully off, hopefully, to be able to spend some time with some animals!
