This booking didn't work out for us. Kayla often didn't show up at the requested time. Although communication initially was good, on July 4th, we hadn't heard from her by 11:30 (for a 7:30am visit), so we contacted Rover for assistance. In the interim, we had a friend check on our dog, as she needed to go out. Kayla contacted us about noon, and it was mutually agreed that her schedule didn't permit fulfilling this obligation.

This was our first time using rover and Kayla could not have made it any better. She was best friends with our dog instantly and took great care of our dog and cat. Sent over pictures of them having fun and constantly went above and beyond for the animals. Note: our dog is very high energy, incredibly anxious, requires a special diet, and is terrible on leash. Kayla handled our animals with ease and we look foreword to using her in the future!!
