Kayla was not there at the time we had defined for drop-off. She told me she had an issue with a robbery, but she had not message me in advance. I went to her place and she was not there. After a few minutes she managed for having a neighbor to come and pick up myt dog, but that was enough for me to lose my flight (which I fortunately managed to delay with no cost). During the stay, Kayla asked me to go pick up my dog and said she couldn't stay with the dog anymore because he was being aggressive. I received her message in the middle of a conference presentation. Yoshi has stayed with other pet sitters on Rover and I have never received that report but, if that has happened, the pet sitter is still responsible to take care of the dog. I was 1000 miles away. She later accepted to stay with the dog. I had no issues with the pick up time, but that's because, since we've had that issue during the drop-off, I communicated with her 2 hours in advance. She was not going to be at home for the pick up but, since I messaged her, she asked a neighbor to help. After that, Kayla cancelled another booking I had with her for the future. It's my understanding that, in her perspective, the dog has caused some stress, but the drop-off has also been very stressful for me and, in another occasion, she was not there for the pick-up.

Kayla did an amazing job with my high energy pup. She followed all my instructions well, and sent lots of pictures and videos of him having fun and making friends. I'll definitely use her again when I need a sitter! Thank you so much Kayla!!
