Paw-licies🐾 & Procedures: • EXCEPTIONS to service include same-sex littermate siblings, or non-littermate siblings that fight and/or are aggressive with one another. I will not be able to provide care for these situations. This does not include situations in which only food aggression is present. •ALL drop-ins are 1hr long. I do not offer 30min visits, as they routinely take an hour for proper care and completion. Alternatively, you can book a 30min Drop-In with a 30min walk, for $31. •In order for your request to be confirmed and processed as cat care (the cheaper rate), you MUST have more cats than dogs. If you have only one of each, your request must be submitted as dog care, with an additional cat. •In order for any request to process, ALL pets involved in care must be added separately to your booking and charged accordingly. This is the only way the Rover Guarantee protects your pet and booking in the event of an emergency. ⮑ In addition: • Overnight care (House Sitting) commences when I get off from work (≈7pm-10pm) and ends in the morning before I return to work (≈8am-12pm). If your pet needs daytime care alone or in addition to overnight care, Drop-Ins must be added to your booking to accommodate. Full daytime care (8hrs) in your home is $144 for one pet. Please understand that all sitters sacrifice their time for low pay to care for your animals, including staying away from their own pets for extended periods of time. No one is entitled to any sitter’s full 24 hour day without proper compensation. ➞A submitted booking request is acknowledgment and acceptance of the above policies. Failure to abide by these policies could result in a non-refundable cancellation.
