I worked in a veterinary office for two years as well as dog sat for many years. I own one cat, a Pomeranian, and a three-legged Australian Shepherd mix. I grew up around horses so I am comfortable with all sizes of dogs as well! I have experience with medical issues, medications, and other special needs. I can give oral and injectable medications as well as trim nails and give baths. I am willing to spend time getting to know a dog (or other animals if necessary) because I know that they sometimes need time to accept new people. Whatever it takes to make them comfortable I am pretty flexible. I work on South Hill Tuesday-Saturday, from 10 am to 6 pm with an hour lunch break to run and let dogs out if need be.
